Job summary

Kibar Holding is seeking a Talent Management and Development Senior Specialist to join our Istanbul headquarters at Zorlu. You will lead talent management processes across Kibar Group, design development programs, and support our learning systems.

Please bring a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years' experience in Talent Management and L&D, and proficiency with MS Office. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and project-based initiatives to strengthen our people strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management and L&D.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Experience in budget management.
• Willing to participate in project-based studies.

Responsibilities

• Creating and running the talent management procedures and policies for Kibar Group companies.
• Conducting the talent management processes for Kibar Group. Identifying the talent pools and creating development plans for talent pools.
• Design and develop the development programs that run by Kibar Holding (Leadership Programs, Manager Programs, Talent Development Programs, Specialist Development Programs, and Internal Trainer Programs)
• Responsible for supporting the performance system processes by reforming and promoting the competencies and values.
• Responsible for the management and development of Learning Management System and online development programs.
• Responsible for the Mavi Damla new project and innovation awards. Managing the projects evaluation process and awards ceremony.
• Evaluating and updating the procedures for the L&D process, Talent Management process, and Succession Planning process.
• Responsible for carrying out the existing processes to the online platform with collaboration with related parties.
• Applying to award processes related to HR projects and preparing relevant documentation.
