Job summary

Çalık Holding’s Human Resources team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead senior-level recruitment across the Group and shape standards, practices and capabilities that improve hiring quality.

You will act as the Group Center of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, defining policies, driving employer branding, and exploring AI-enabled recruitment to enhance sourcing and candidate experience in Istanbul.

Job description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Managerto join Çalık Holding’s Human Resources team and play a key role in shaping the way we attract and hire talent across the Group.

This role goes beyond managing recruitment processes, you will lead senior-level and critical hiring while building the standards, practices and capabilities that strengthen hiring quality across our Group companies.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level positions across the Group and critical roles within Çalık Holding
• Act as the Group Center of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, defining Group-wide recruitment policies, processes, standards and best practices. Strengthen recruitment capabilities across the Group through tools, methodologies and knowledge sharing
• Drive hiring quality and consistency across Group companies while continuously improving the candidate and hiring manager experience. Define, monitor and improve Talent Acquisition KPIs at Group level.
• Lead and develop the Group Employer Brand, strengthening our positioning and talent attraction across key talent segments
• Explore and implement AI-enabled and digital recruitment practices to improve sourcing, assessment, efficiency and candidate experience.

The position is located in İstanbul.

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally combining hands-on recruitment with process and capability development
• Proven experience in recruiting senior and critical positions
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, from directly managing a critical search to designing Group-wide TA standards
• Experience in developing or improving recruitment processes, policies, KPIs and governance
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior executives
• Good understanding of employer branding, talent attraction and candidate experience
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn recruitment metrics into business insights
• Curiosity about AI, digital recruitment technologies and the future of talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
