Our client, a Holding operating in Turkey, is looking for a Human Resources Manager reporting directly to the General Manager.

Role Profile

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and learning & development processes.
• Oversee compensation & benefits practices, including annual salary review processes.
• Ensure the effective management of payroll, personnel administration, leave management, and other HR operations in compliance with applicable legislation.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal practices.
• Support organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular HR reports and analyses to senior management.
• Manage employee relations and implement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
• Collaborate closely with department managers to identify HR needs and develop effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Solid experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and relevant employment regulations.
• Experience in overseeing payroll, personnel administration, and HR operations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to combine a strategic HR perspective with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
