Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 7–10 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Product Management, Marketing, Market Development, Commercial Excellence, or related commercial leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute portfolio strategies that drive sustainable growth and value creation.
• Act as the strategic business owner for the assigned portfolio, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, pricing, and product lifecycle management with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget with disciplined resource allocation.
• Drive portfolio transformation through new product introductions and lifecycle management.
• Lead market development initiatives by identifying unmet customer needs and adoption pathways.
• Translate market and financial data into actionable insights and growth plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and regional stakeholders to deliver priorities.
