Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing is required.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Professional Education or related healthcare roles.
• Experience in HCP-focused education, scientific engagement, or healthcare program delivery.
• Good understanding of the healthcare environment, customer needs, and medical technologies.
• Ability to translate customer and educational needs into structured learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact Professional Education programs across Türkiye.
• Lead end-to-end execution of programs including planning, faculty engagement, logistics, and delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant content.
• Coordinate congresses, symposia, and educational events.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to understand educational needs.
• Monitor insights, outcomes, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
