Johnson & Johnson MedTech Türkiye is seeking a Product Manager to lead a strategically important Surgery portfolio. You will shape portfolio strategy, own commercial performance, accelerate market development, and collaborate with local and regional teams to drive growth and patient impact.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, global standards mindset, and fluency in Turkish and English. Travel within Türkiye is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 7-10 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or related industry.
• Proven experience in Product Management, Marketing, Market Development, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, or related leadership positions.
• Demonstrated experience in business planning, forecasting, pricing, marketing budget management, and financial performance analysis.
• Experience in product launches, portfolio transformation, market development, lifecycle management, or customer conversion programs is strongly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial judgment, business acumen, and analytical capability.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Willingness to travel within Türkiye as required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute portfolio strategies that drive sustainable growth, market leadership, and long-term value creation.
• Act as the strategic business owner for the assigned portfolio, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, market share, and KPIs.
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, pricing, demand planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget with disciplined resource allocation and ROI.
• Drive portfolio transformation through new product introductions and lifecycle strategies.
• Lead market development initiatives identifying unmet customer needs and adoption pathways.
• Translate market data into actionable insights and growth plans.
• Build compelling value propositions and segmentation strategies for healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Develop partnerships with key healthcare professionals, hospital leaders, and industry experts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional stakeholders to deliver priorities.
• Lead product launches and high-impact initiatives from insight generation to execution and measurement.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and take corrective actions.
