Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Istanbul, Türkiye, seeks a Product Manager to lead a strategically important Surgery portfolio. You will shape portfolio strategy, own commercial performance, accelerate market development, and influence stakeholders across healthcare.

Work with local and regional teams to drive growth, engage customers, and deliver value for patients and professionals. Strong leadership, Turkish and English fluency, and 7–10 years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
7-10 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or related industry, with demonstrated success in strategic marketing and commercial roles.
Proven experience in Product Management, Marketing, Market Development, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, or related commercial leadership positions.
Experience in business planning, forecasting, pricing, marketing budget management, and financial performance analysis.
Experience in product launches, portfolio transformation, market development, lifecycle management, or customer conversion programs is strongly preferred.
Strong strategic thinking, commercial judgment, business acumen, and analytical capability.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with ability to engage field teams and senior leadership.
Fluency in Turkish and English.
Willingness to travel within Türkiye as required.

Responsibilities

Define and execute portfolio strategies that drive sustainable growth, market leadership, and long-term value.
Act as the strategic business owner for the assigned portfolio, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, market share, and KPIs.
Lead annual business planning, forecasting, pricing, demand planning, and product lifecycle management with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget with disciplined resource allocation and measurable ROI.
Drive portfolio transformation through new product introductions and lifecycle strategies.
Lead market development initiatives by identifying unmet customer needs and expanding access to differentiated solutions.
Translate market, customer, competitive, and financial data into actionable insights and growth plans.
Build compelling value propositions and segmentation strategies for healthcare professionals and procurement stakeholders.
Develop partnerships with key healthcare professionals, hospital leaders, and clinical networks.
Partner with Sales leadership to strengthen execution, field capability, and portfolio adoption.
Collaborate with Education, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams to deliver priorities.
Lead launches and strategic initiatives from insight to execution and measurement.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Represent Türkiye in regional forums and provide local market insights.
