Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of medical sales experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard presentation tools.
• Fluency in English; Turkish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned hospitals' sales targets within the region.
• Ensure health regulations and compliance are followed.
• Participate in product trainings and share knowledge with the team.
• Provide product demonstrations and training in operating rooms as needed.
• Coordinate tender processes and manage product promotions.
• Prepare timely reports to management with clear, concise data.
• Support other regional managers as needed.
• Analyze competition and develop strategies to grow sales.
