Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Product Manager to lead a strategically important Surgery portfolio in Türkiye. You will shape portfolio strategy, own commercial performance, accelerate market development, and influence key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.

In collaboration with local and regional teams, you will drive growth, engage customers, and deliver value for patients and professionals, while guiding launches and transformations across lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience in Product Management, Marketing, Market Development or related commercial leadership roles.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute portfolio strategies to drive growth and value creation.
• Act as strategic owner for the Surgery portfolio with accountability for revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, pricing, and lifecycle management with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage marketing budget with disciplined resource allocation and measurable impact.
• Drive portfolio transformation through new product introductions and lifecycle management.
• Lead market development initiatives, identify unmet needs, and expand access to solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business priorities and launches.
