Job summary

Rubiklabs seeks a capable on-call NOC/Support professional to monitor production health and respond to incidents around the clock. You will triage alerts, follow the runbook, and escalate as required to prevent outages. Clear written incident notes are essential for fast engineering recovery.

Comfort with Linux, networks, and reading logs under pressure is required. The role includes rotating shifts, nights, and weekends to ensure 24/7 coverage for customer systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and network fundamentals.
• Ability to interpret logs and dashboards under pressure.
• Wamiliarity with incident response and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production health across products on a rotating shift and respond to alerts.
• Serve as first responder to incidents, triage, run the runbook, and escalate when needed.
• Provide timely fixes to customer issues and feed recurring problems back to engineering.

• We run what we ship, around the clock. We are opening five seats on the support and NOC rota — the people who watch the systems, answer customers, and catch the incident before it becomes an outage.
• Monitor production health across products on a shift rotation and act on alerts, not just log them.
• Be the first responder — triage incidents, run the runbook, escalat… .
• Answer customer issues with real fixes and feed the recurring ones back to engineering.
• Comfort with Linux, networks, and reading logs and dashboards under pressure.
• Clear written communication — an incident note a tired engineer can act on.
• Willing and able to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
