Job summary

D-ploy in Turkey seeks an experienced IT/OT support engineer to join our international team. You will provide onsite IT/OT support for industrial hardware and software, assist global IT teams, and ensure reliable operation of lab and production systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT or Engineering, 5+ years of experience in regulated environments, strong SCADA/PLC familiarity, ITIL knowledge, and fluency in Turkish and English. Onsite availability and 24/7 on-call rotation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment.
• Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams.
• Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks).
• Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments.
• Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based).
• Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures.
• Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
