Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain leadership in manufacturing.

• Leadership and people management skills.
• Strong Excel and analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of lean, CI, and health & safety practices.
• Proficient English communication.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join within a fast-paced industrial business. The role ensures optimal material availability aligned with production requirements, efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, safe internal material flow, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

A key priority for this position will be the opening and implementation of a new warehouse. The Supply Chain Manager will take ownership of the warehouse transition, including warehouse transfer activities, stock relocation, layout and material-flow planning, inventory control, processes, systems, and operational readiness, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to production and customer deliveries.

The role will also lead the ongoing optimisation of supply chain and warehouse processes, working closely with production, procurement, logistics, and other internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, service levels, inventory performance, and operational safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Material Planning, Inbound Logistics, Warehouse & Internal Logistics, and Production Scheduling.
• Ensure uninterrupted material supply to meet production demands.
• Optimize inventory while maintaining target service levels.
• Manage inbound logistics, supplier coordination, and import/export compliance.
• Drive warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, traceability, and material flow.
• Champion lean practices, continuous improvement, and supply chain best practices.
• Promote Health & Safety and 5S standards across supply chain operations.
• Develop, coach, and lead the Supply Chain team.
• Collaborate with Production, EMEA Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and other key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in material planning, warehouse operations, inbound logistics, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Health & Safety practices.
• Very good command of English.
