Job summary

Pacific International Executive Search seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead material planning, inbound logistics and warehouse operations. The role focuses on opening a new warehouse, transferring stock, layout planning and ensuring operational readiness with minimal production disruption.

You will drive ongoing supply chain and process optimisation, collaborating with production, procurement, logistics and other teams to improve efficiency, service levels and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience with material planning, warehouse ops, inbound logistics and inventory management.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Strong Excel and analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of lean, CI, and health & safety practices.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead material planning, inbound logistics, warehouse and internal logistics, and production scheduling.
• Ensure uninterrupted material supply to meet production demands.
• Optimize inventory while maintaining target service levels.
• Manage inbound logistics, supplier coordination, and import/export compliance.
• Drive warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, traceability and material flow.
• Promote lean practices, continuous improvement and safety in the supply chain.
• Develop, coach and lead the supply chain team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
