Job summary

BEAUTE Cosmetics is seeking a Supply Chain Junior Assistant to support the efficient management of our supply chain operations. You will create and follow up on domestic and international supply orders and enter them into the Nebim system, manage daily supplier communications, and monitor order, shipment, and inventory processes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, or Operations.
• Hands-on Nebim V3 ERP experience.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in cosmetics, retail, or distribution sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow up on domestic and international supply orders and enter them into Nebim.
• Manage daily operational communication with suppliers.
• Monitor order, shipment, and inventory processes.
• Track stock levels and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams on import and logistics.
• Keep product, order, and inventory records up-to-date in ERP.
• Prepare regular operational reports and present to management.

• Hands‑on experience with Nebim V3 ERP,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and basic reporting),
• Good written and verbal English communication skills,
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented and results‑driven approach,
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills,
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills,
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment,
• Experience in the cosmetics, retail, or distribution sectors is preferred.
