Job summary

Gizli is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to monitor open purchase orders, record delivery status from suppliers, and identify orders at risk of delay. You will coordinate across technical teams, procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure smooth operation and timely communication.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in supply chain operations, deep end-to-end PO knowledge, bottleneck analysis, SAP/Excel proficiency, strong reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Eng, Management Eng, Logistics, or Business Admin.
• Min 5 years in supply chain ops, process tracking, and optimization.
• End-to-end PO to goods receipt, incl. production, transit, and customs milestones.
• Proven bottleneck analysis and value stream mapping.
• Advanced MS Excel and SAP ERP knowledge.
• Strong reporting skills with clear supply chain KPIs.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.

• Obtain and record updated delivery status information from suppliers.
• Proactively identify orders at risk of delay and take necessary actions.
• Ensure effective coordination among technical teams, suppliers, logistics, and procurement departments.
• Closely monitor the shipment processes of critical operational materials.
• Ensure that shipping documents and logistics information are communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Prepare periodic reports on open orders and delivery delays.
• Anticipate potential delays that may impact operations and inform the relevant teams accordingly.
• Communicate with suppliers to expedite deliveries when necessary..

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, process tracking, and optimization,
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end flow from Purchase Order issuance to warehouse Goods Receipt, including production, transit, and customs milestones,
• Proven expertise in Bottleneck Analysis and value stream mapping,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP) is highly preferred,
• Strong reporting skills with a solid understanding of supply chain KPIs,
• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams,
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
