Job summary

Teksan is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality control and process improvement across production. The role requires a strong background in quality management, supplier quality, and team leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years in QA/QMS roles, with audit experience and fluency in English. The position is based in Istanbul's Fatih district and focuses on driving continuous quality improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years in quality management and quality control; at least 3 years in team management.
• Proven supplier quality management and customer quality process experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred; audit experience essential.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and monitor quality control processes to meet company standards.
• Define QC checkpoints in production; ensure procedures and work instructions are current.
• Plan, monitor and evaluate corrective and preventive actions to improve processes.
• Analyze non-conformities with root-cause analyses; coordinate improvements and reports.
• Evaluate feedback from international customers/dealers and drive quality improvements.
• Manage supplier quality activities; evaluate supplier performance and lead development initiatives.
• Ensure calibration, measurement systems and QMS activities are effectively implemented and sustained.

Job Description

• Define quality control checkpoints throughout production processes and ensure that related procedures and work instructions are prepared, implemented and kept up to date,
• Plan, monitor and evaluate corrective and preventive actions to improve process effectiveness,
• Analyze product and process non-conformities, conduct root cause analyses, coordinate improvement activities and prepare relevant reports,
• Analyze customer, dealer and field quality feedback to support continuous improvement of quality performance,
• Evaluate quality feedback received from international customers and dealers, coordinate with relevant departments and manage improvement activities,
• Manage supplier quality activities, evaluate supplier performance and lead supplier development initiatives,
• Ensure the effective implementation and sustainability of calibration, measurement systems and quality management system activities.
