Job summary

Sibelco invites applications for a Quarry Supervisor position based at Alipasa Tesis. You will monitor daily mining operations, conduct field measurements and sampling, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

You will report issues to the appropriate teams and adapt to shift schedules as needed. The role requires a Mining Technician / Mining Technology degree, field experience, MS Office proficiency, and a valid Class B driver’s license with SRC 4; blasting certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires Graduate of Mining Technician / Mining Technology.
• Preferably with field experience in the mining sector.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production and operation processes in the mining area.
• Support the execution of production activities according to the work schedule.
• Perform field measurements, sampling and technical controls.
• Conduct field work in accordance with health and safety rules and support necessary controls.
• Report technical malfunctions and operational needs in the field to relevant units.
• Adapt to shift work schedules when necessary.
