Job summary

Sibelco Group is hiring a production operator to ensure installations perform as designed and to monitor output for quality and efficiency. You will operate and adjust equipment, perform routine checks, and collaborate with maintenance and weighbridge teams to maintain continuous production.

The role requires a lower degree or equivalent experience, plus technical English reading and comprehension. It offers a permanent, on-site position at Alipasa Tesis with focus on safe, compliant production

Qualifications

• Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Technical English – Read and comprehend.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installations perform according to procedures and monitor operations to deliver target (semi-)finished goods.
• Handle and adjust installations; operate pumps, open/close taps as required.
• Carry out quality checks on products to meet process requirements.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with team to ensure quality outputs.
• Support maintenance activities and assist electricians during larger maintenance tasks.
• Input production data into the IT system and ensure PPE usage per safety policy.
