Job summary

Sibelco Turkey Madencilik Tic A.S. is seeking a Mining Technician to monitor daily production in the quarry area and support field operations.

The role involves field measurements, sampling, and ensuring safety standards in a dynamic mining environment. Ideal candidates hold a Mining Technician degree, MS Office skills, health and safety awareness, and relevant licenses/certifications such as Class B driving license and SRC 4; blasting certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mining Technician / Mining Technology department.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Aware of occupational health and safety.
• Suitable for working in field conditions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Responsible, attentive and solution-oriented.
• Holding a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively.
• Holding an SRC 4 certificate.
• Preferably holding a Class B Blasting Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production and operation processes in the mining area.
• Support the execution of production activities according to the work schedule.
• Perform field measurements, sampling and technical controls.
• Conduct field work in line with health and safety rules and support necessary controls.
• Report technical malfunctions and operational needs in the field to relevant units.
• Adapt to shift work schedules when necessary.
