Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Supervisor Quarry to lead daily mining operations at Alipasa Tesis. You will monitor production processes, support production schedules, perform field measurements, and ensure safety rules are followed in the field.

The ideal candidate has a Mining Technician or Mining Technology background, experience in field work, and strong teamwork and communication skills. A Class B driving license and safety certifications are preferred as we value practical, disciplined professionals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mining Technician / Mining Technology.
• Field experience in the mining sector preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Aware of occupational health and safety practices.
• Holder of a Class B driver's license and SRC 4 certificate.
• Preferably holding a Class B Blasting Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production and operation processes in the mining area.
• Support execution of production activities in accordance with the work schedule.
• Performing field measurements, sampling and technical controls.
• Conducting field work in accordance with occupational health and safety rules and supporting necessary controls.
• Reporting technical malfunctions and operational needs in the field to the relevant units.
• Adapting to shift work schedules when necessary.
