Job summary

QNB Sigorta is seeking a Strategy Office Manager in Istanbul with 10+ years of experience to lead the Strategy Office and own end-to-end high-impact restructuring initiatives. You will oversee a small team while coordinating across functions to ensure disciplined execution of strategic priorities and ambitious transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Strong background in top-tier consulting, strategy teams, or financial services (banking/insurance preferred).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic and restructuring initiatives.
• Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development & Execution: Lead annual strategic planning with SLT and ExCo; align KPIs and initiatives; act as internal strategy advisor; monitor industry trends.
