Job summary

AXA Türkiye is seeking a high-impact Project Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. You will coordinate across business and technology teams, manage scope, timelines and risks, and provide clear, management-level updates to sponsors.

You will work with international stakeholders, drive AI/tech integrations, and help realize expected business benefits in a dynamic insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years in PM or transformation.
• Experience with large-scale transformation, strategy, or change initiatives.
• Advanced English and ability to work with international stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office; PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project; Azure DevOps a plus.
• PM certifications (PMP, Agile) are advantageous; valid Turkey work permit.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Drive planning, coordination, and execution across business and tech teams.
• Provide visibility to sponsors and stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Prepare structured updates, analyses, and decision-support materials.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders on execution.
• Support AI initiatives and emerging technologies integration.
• Monitor outcomes and help realize business benefits.
• Contribute to governance and continuous improvement of PM practices.
