Job summary

EY Türkiye Business Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant in Ankara to lead multidisciplinary transformation engagements, shaping operating models and roadmaps. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, drive execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes across client projects.

The role requires 3+ years in advisory, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or another relevant discipline is required.
• A relevant master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in management consulting or business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams within multidisciplinary transformation engagements from diagnosis to value realization.
• Structure complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to operating models, governance, and performance frameworks in client engagements.
• Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Develop relationships with client stakeholders and participate in interviews, workshops, and presentations.
• Coordinate junior team members and help develop transformation offerings and methodologies.
