Job summary

Akçansa in Turkey is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, compensation, and workforce planning. You will drive employee relations and provide strategic HR support across the business.

You will partner with leaders on organizational changes, develop talent, analyze HR data, and champion digitalization and AI-enabled solutions while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in HRBP, Talent Management, PM, or HR Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes and employee relations; labor law knowledge preferred.
• Experience in performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation.
• Strong analytics and HR reporting experience.
• Proficient in HRIS; Workday experience is a plus.
• Project mindset with digitalization and AI interest.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR Business Partner; ensuring a positive employee experience and managing end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, compensation, workforce planning, and talent pipelines.
• Support performance management activities such as goal setting, evaluations, calibration, talent reviews, succession planning, and development.
• Generate HR insights through data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting, and workforce analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across HR processes, leveraging automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with business leaders on organizational changes, strategic workforce initiatives, and annual HR roadmaps.
• Coordinate employee well-being, employer branding, and innovation-related programs.
• Oversee HR governance activities, including compliance, vendor management, data privacy, information security, and documentation standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to strengthen employee engagement and gather feedback.
