Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist for a global chemical industry partner. The role focuses on managing inbound logistics, coordinating with suppliers and forwarders, and ensuring timely SAP data updates to support customer service and sales teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Supply Chain or Logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP. English proficiency and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP systems preferred.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with ability to anticipate potential issues.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented work, and responsibility.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all inbound logistics flows, including shipment tracking and delivery monitoring.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders/transport companies, and customs brokers to resolve issues with incoming deliveries.
• Create and update process and master data records in SAP to provide visibility to customer service and sales teams.
• Create Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders; obtain delivery commitments and follow up on open intra-company and inter-company transfer orders.
• Identify potential supply constraints before they become issues and develop solution alternatives with stakeholders.
• Proactively manage SAP Exception Messages to prevent supply issues and overstocking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing supplier planning processes.
