Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English required (spoken and written).
• At least 3 years in supply planning, replenishment or purchasing.
• Strong SAP knowledge.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work accurately.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Team-oriented, supportive and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Execute the weekly ordering cycle as part of daily duties.
• Calculate replenishment based on guidelines and logistics parameters.
• Analyze in-transit and on-hand inventory levels.
• Run proposals, review and implement corrections.
• Manage the key replenishment parameters.
• Analyze forecast and trends.
• Follow-up purchase orders.
• Improve the existing tools used.
• Specific responsibilities as required by direct manager.
