Job summary

Abbott Türkiye is seeking a Supply Chain professional with expertise in excipient and packaging procurement, inventory management, and SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted materials supply for third‑party manufacturing while optimizing stock levels and budget adherence.

Key responsibilities include managing purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, and running MRP for various projects, with strong collaboration across Procurement, QA, TPM, Finance and Demand Planning.

Qualifications

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 4-5 years' experience preferably in pharmaceuticals or fast-moving consumer goods for supply or inventory planning.
• Experience in third-party manufacturing planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage, execute purchase orders for excipients and packaging materials with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure inventory availability to avoid interruptions and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Reconcile inventory with TPMs monthly and record material movements in S/4 Hana SAP.
• Maintain BOM and production version data in S/4 Hana and plan MRP for projects.
• Set and achieve annual/quarterly inventory budgets and optimize safety stock.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, TPM, Finance and Demand Planning.
