Job summary

Kerry is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Leader for its Dilovası site in Turkey. You will drive production, materials, and supply planning, while aligning with global strategy and ensuring optimized stock levels and timely information for production schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or food industry.
Must have strong communication skills in Turkish and English (oral and written).
SAP expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead production, supply planning, and material planning for the Dilovası site.
Set strategic direction and objectives for the department in line with business strategy.
Manage inventories and optimize stock levels and movement of materials.
Ensure availability of information to support production schedules and customer needs.
Support strategic sourcing and procurement processes.
Define and manage purchase orders under negotiated agreements.
Lead and monitor procurement, materials, and logistics processes with internal controls.
Identify supply chain improvement opportunities and drive KPI-based improvements.
Lead supply reviews for the plant and provide capacity outlook and action plans.
