Job summary

Çiçeksepeti in Türkiye is seeking a procurement professional to manage all negotiation and purchasing activities for multiple divisions, including technology, marketing, and HR. You will research suppliers, lead contract processes, and shape the procurement strategy to drive value.

You should have a BA/BSc and 3–4 years in procurement, with strong English, and MS Office proficiency. The role offers a dynamic, fast-growing environment, with ongoing training and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc degree in relevant academic disciplines
• Minimum 3-4 years experience all in procurement operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional knowledge of MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Managing all negotiation and purchasing activities for Commercials
• Researching potential and alternative suppliers and performing price analysis for Technology, Marketing, Growth, HR etc.
• Following contract process, managing commercial relations with new and existing suppliers
• Creation and management of short-, mid- and long-term goals and objectives in the procurement department
• Hold overall accountability for the procurement strategy and responsible for the costs across all the divisions
• Ensuring strong stakeholder and supplier management
• Innovative sourcing strategy to develop market knowledge to boost Company’s pipeline and influence the industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and perform spend analysis to maximize value
