Job summary

Çelebi Ground Handling Türkiye is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to oversee procurement for ground handling equipment, spare parts, IT hardware, fleet and services across our Turkish operations. You will liaise with domestic and international suppliers, shape buying strategies, and drive cost efficiency.

The role requires a university degree and 5+ years in purchasing, with strong Excel and familiarity with SAP MM.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage procurement for GSE, spare parts, IT hardware, fleet management, and vehicles
Run service procurement across catering, cleaning, maintenance, transport, and security
Lead negotiations with domestic and international suppliers
Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, and on-time delivery
Build purchasing strategies delivering cost optimization
Ensure procurement processes comply with policies, standards, and legal requirements
