Qualifications

• BA/BSc degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3-4 years experience in procurement operations.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Professional knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all negotiation and purchasing activities for Commercials.
• Research potential and alternative suppliers and perform price analysis for Technology, Marketing, Growth, HR, and other functions.
• Follow contract processes and manage commercial relations with new and existing suppliers.
• Create and manage short-, mid-, and long-term goals and objectives in the procurement department.
• Maintain overall accountability for procurement strategy and costs across all divisions.
• Ensure strong stakeholder and supplier management.
• Develop sourcing strategies and market knowledge to strengthen the company pipeline and influence the industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Perform spend analysis and identify opportunities to maximize value for money.
• Generate cost savings, cost avoidance, and competitive advantage for managed categories.
