Job summary

Hepsiburada, Türkiye’s leading e-commerce platform listed on NASDAQ, seeks an experienced IT procurement leader to optimize sourcing, vendor relationships, and contract management. You will own end-to-end procurement across software, hardware, cloud services, licensing and outsourcing, driving value and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Technology, Legal, Finance and business teams, leveraging SAP and MS Office to deliver cost savings, strong governance, and scalable procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/business; MBA a plus.
• 8–9 years in IT procurement and contract management.
• Strong SAP and MS Office; experience with software licensing, cloud services, and outsourcing.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor IT procurement budgets aligned with targets.
• Lead end-to-end IT procurement: demand analysis, sourcing, tendering, negotiations, contracting, supplier management.
• Drive commercial negotiations for software, hardware, cloud services, licensing, maintenance, and IT outsourcing.
• Conduct market research and manage RFQ/RFP and supplier selection processes.
• Negotiate terms including pricing, payment terms, SLAs, penalties, and termination conditions.
• Analyze pricing, licensing, and TCO to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor contracts, renewals, and supplier performance; report KPIs.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance and business teams throughout procurement.
• Support digitalization of procurement processes.
