Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Istanbul, Türkiye, seeks a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Analyst to support pricing analytics, governance and profitability insights. The role emphasizes governance, data accuracy, and regional compliance, with strong Excel/Power BI skills and experience in MedTech or healthcare preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, tender management, business analytics or commercial excellence.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Analytics & Governance: provide pricing analytics and decision support across customers, products, channels, tenders and strategic accounts.
• Maintain accurate pricing master data, product catalogues and price lists, working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Commercial teams.
• Support tenders and commercial negotiations through pricing benchmarks, profitability analysis and fact-based recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and pricing discipline and contribute to pricing process improvements.
• Commercial Excellence: provide local operational support for selected CE processes with Emerging Markets team; maintain territory structures and data.
• Support incentive calculations and target-setting processes through local data validation and stakeholder coordination.
