Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Clinical & Technical Specialist Surgical Energy to be based in Istanbul , Türkiye. The role focuses on installing, setting up and ensuring clinical readiness of surgical energy systems, with on-site support during procedures and ongoing technical troubleshooting.

Join a global leader driving smarter, less invasive treatments while collaborating with Commercial and Education teams to enable seamless technology adoption across Türkiye.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with monopolar, bipolar, ultrasonic energy technologies.
• Experience with medical devices and surgical energy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, setup and clinical readiness of surgical energy systems.
• Provide on-site technical and clinical support during surgical procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and provide first-line technical support.
• Train surgeons, OR teams and biomedical departments following internal product certification.
• Partner with Commercial, Technical Service and Professional Education teams to ensure seamless technology adoption.

What you will do:

• Support installation, setup and clinical readiness of surgical energy systems

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Hands-on experience with monopolar, bipolar, ultrasonic and/or advanced bipolar energy technologies
• Experience with medical devices, electrosurgical generators or surgical capital equipment
• Strong understanding of operating room workflows and biomedical troubleshooting
• Confidence working alongside surgeons, OR teams and biomedical departments
• Strong professional English and fluent Turkish
• Flexibility to travel across Türkiye
