Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a high-potential Pricing professional to join the Cardiovascular Strategic Pricing Team. You will act as a liaison between Marketing and Offer Development for pricing responsibilities and support new product pricing strategies, scenario modeling and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• Min 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and comfortable with various simulations.
• Problem solving, solution finding and decision making oriented; navigate a complex matrix environment with multi-cultural & multi-functional components.
• Entrepreneurial / proactive approach to design concepts / processes and drive internal buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of strategic pricing frameworks across the sub-region, aligning with objectives and market realities.
• Partner with sub-regional leadership, marketing, and commercial teams on pricing roadmap, value-based segmentation, and market access readiness.
• Shape pricing strategies for new product launches and commercial models via trends, insights, and economic value drivers.
• Guide integration of pricing decisions into planning cycles, business cases, and lifecycle management for profitability and growth.
• Own pricing input into the IBP cycle, including ASP planning across portfolios.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize pricing governance and ensure consistent execution across countries.
