Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Pricing & Commercial Excellence Analyst to be based in Istanbul. You will support pricing analytics, governance, and profitability insights for the Electrophysiology business in Türkiye, partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience in pricing, revenue management, or related areas. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
Minimum 2 years in pricing, commercial finance or related.
Experience in MedTech/Healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pricing analytics and governance across customers, products and channels.
Support tender pricing and commercial negotiations with data-driven insights.
Maintain pricing master data with cross-functional teams.
Assist scenario modelling and price-list updates.
Support local implementation of Commercial Excellence processes.
Maintain territory structures and sales hierarchies.
Monitor price realization and discounts for profitability.
