Job summary

Medtronic Türkiye is seeking a talented Intern to join our commercial operations and data analytics team in Ankara, Türkiye. The role supports Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists during visits, handles follow-up activities, and analyzes sales data to drive insights.

Start date is December 2026, duration six months, onsite. This position offers hands-on exposure to healthcare business processes, Excel dashboards, and Power BI while collaborating with Sales, Clinical, and Marketing

Qualifications

• Recently graduated in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Turkish and good command of English (at least B2 upper-intermediate level).
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare, medical technology, commercial operations, and data analytics.
• Willingness to travel and support field activities when required.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists during customer visits, meetings, and educational activities.
• Assist with customer follow-up activities, presentations, quotations, and commercial documentation.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze sales and customer data to support business insights.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools using Excel and other analytics platforms.
• Support sales performance analysis and help identify trends and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business insights and improve decision-making.
