Job summary

SC Johnson in Istanbul, Turkey, invites an Associate in Sales Operations to join the Turkey Sales Operations team. You will connect sales analytics, field execution and continuous improvement to support performance tracking and reporting.

The role involves automating sales systems, testing new tools, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Marketing and Marketing teams to drive Perfect Store execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Native Turkish and fluent English required for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using sales, POS or sell-out data to support business decisions.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; comfortable with other MS Office tools.
• Experience working with field sales or merchandising teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track, audit and provide insights on sales KPIs for the Turkey sales team.
• Analyze POS performance and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Create and improve user-friendly sales reports and automate reporting.
• Test new tools and support their adoption across field teams.
• Monitor Perfect Store KPIs with the account team and provide internal reporting.
• Coordinate POS materials for field sales and merchandising teams.
