Job summary

OBSS, Turkey’s leading technology consultancy, seeks a Client Partner for Financial Services with a Payments focus. You will establish trusted, strategic partnerships with key executives and oversee growth across major Payments accounts in Financial Services.

You will lead the Payments practice, coach the account team, and drive profitable growth by aligning client needs with OBSS capabilities. This role sits within the Financial Services Client Services Group, reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of managerial and management experience, with a strong background in the Payments sector.
• Proven track record in managing productivity-driven operations, particularly in Payments.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects alongside daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted strategic partner relationships for client executives in the Payments sector.
• Develop account growth strategies and communicate the Payments-focused account vision.
• Oversee business development and performance for major Payments clients in Financial Services.
• Lead and coach the account team to maximize Payments-related value.
• Negotiate and sell deals aligned with client expectations and OBSS ambitions.
• Support solution delivery by leveraging OBSS capabilities in Payments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to strengthen client relationships.
