Job summary

Trendyol Group is seeking a Payments Strategy & Growth professional to drive payment growth, optimize campaigns, and manage partnerships across international and domestic markets. You will collaborate with banks, card schemes, and internal teams to identify opportunities and improve payment performance.

The role combines strategy, analytics, and stakeholder management, requiring strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to growth within a fast-moving ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Business, Economics and other quantitative studies.
• 3–5 years of experience in payments, financial services, financial strategy, management consulting, business development, or related fields.
• Strong data literacy with experience in tracking conversion funnels, monitoring KPIs, and using analytics tools or PSP portals to drive insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze payment funnels to identify drop-offs and improve conversion rates.
• Track KPIs across issuers and regions to identify trends and risks for resolution.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and MarCom for end-to-end campaign launches and assets.
• Analyze active marketing campaigns and regional partnerships to optimize performance and achieve targets.
