Job summary

Turkcell is seeking a Business Development Manager (Finance & Fintech) to lead cloud, data, and AI transformation programs in Turkey’s finance and fintech sectors. The role focuses on strategic positioning of Google Cloud-based solutions and cross-functional collaboration to drive large-scale digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in IT consulting/services with at least 3 years leading cloud and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in Cloud Economics and TCO analysis; awareness of FinOps principles.
• Strong CXO-level communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Professional cloud certifications or demonstrated expertise in GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the strategic positioning of the Google Cloud-based infrastructure, data modernization, AI, and Managed Services portfolio across target sectors.
• Develop sectoral vertical solutions from horizontal tools (BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.) to accelerate customer adoption.
• Create high-impact value propositions by aligning Google Cloud core portfolio with industry-specific business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Google Cloud partner ecosystem to identify and qualify strategic leads and ensure a robust pipeline.
