Job summary

Jobtailor in Turkey is seeking a data-driven Operations Strategy professional to partner with multiple departments on strategic priorities and KPI-driven planning. You will model long-term growth, identify improvement opportunities, and drive AI-enabled initiatives across the organization.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, experience in e-commerce or consulting, and excellent English/Turkish communication.

Qualifications

University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management.
3–5 years of e-commerce, consulting, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Strong experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative analysis results.
Analytical; comfortable with complex business problems and decision-making.
Analytical thinking, detail orientation, eagerness to learn, and agile mindset.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
Excellent command of Google Sheets/Excel.
Good command of BI tools.
Curiosity about AI tools and their application to business problems.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish.
Open to direct feedback, constant learning, initiative, responsibility, adaptability, and fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with all operations departments on strategic topics and operational priorities.
Own the operations strategic planning agenda, including KPI setting, target revisions, long-term modelling, and expansion plans.
Identify process and strategy improvement opportunities through technology, benchmarking, and best practices.
Contribute to the operations AI agenda by identifying high-value opportunities and working with teams to implement them.
Lead or support operations projects and new initiatives.
Manage project scope and requirements for stakeholders.
Monitor key performance metrics and execute project plans to improve business processes and functions.
Design comprehensive analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions and support company decision-making.
