Job summary

Jobtailor in Turkey invites an Account Manager to drive growth through data-driven decisions, identify upsell opportunities and improve growth performance. You will prioritize initiatives by impact and help scale the account management function.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in relevant fields.
Minimum 2 years of sales and account management experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail.
Analytical thinker with strong ownership and responsibility.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English communication.
Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Utilize data-driven decision making to identify growth and upsell opportunities and improve the performance of our growth efforts
Prioritize initiatives based on highest potential impact.
Scale the account management function.
Help design process, structure, and tools to effectively grow account management.
Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed.
