Job summary

Trendyol Group seeks a strategic Operations professional to drive priorities across the organization, shape KPI-driven plans, and lead initiatives that amplify efficiency through data and technology. You will own long-term modelling, expansion planning, and contribute to the AI agenda within operations.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, guiding projects from conception through delivery while communicating insights to stakeholders and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, or Management.
• 3–5 years in e-commerce, consulting, or equivalent.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in complex business problems.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with all operation departments on strategic topics and priorities.
• Own strategic planning: KPI setting, targets, long-term modelling, and expansion plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with technology and benchmarking.
• Contribute to the AI agenda across operations by identifying high-value use cases.
• Lead or support ops projects and manage scope for all stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and execute project plans to improve processes and functions.
• Design analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions for decision making.
