Job summary

Jobtailor in Turkey is seeking a data-driven Operations Strategy professional to partner with multiple departments on strategic priorities and KPI-driven planning. You will model long-term growth, identify improvement opportunities, and drive AI-enabled initiatives across the organization.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, experience in e-commerce or consulting, and excellent English/Turkish communication.

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management.
• 3–5 years of e-commerce, consulting, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative analysis results.
• Analytical; comfortable with complex business problems and decision-making.
• Analytical thinking, detail orientation, eagerness to learn, and agile mindset.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent command of Google Sheets/Excel.
• Good command of BI tools.
