Job summary

Karub HOLDİNG is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our purchasing team and support mining operations across sites. You will manage procurement of heavy equipment parts, consumables, tires, fuel, lubricants, PPE and services, and coordinate with maintenance and warehouse teams.

The role requires strong negotiation, English proficiency, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Logo or Netsis. Occasional international travel and compliance with regulations are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mining, mechanical, industrial engineering or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years procurement experience, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
• Technical knowledge of heavy equipment and spare parts.
• Proficiency in ERP systems SAP, Logo and Netsis; MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Procure heavy equipment spare parts, consumables, tires, fuel, PPE and services for mines and processing facilities.
• Collect quotations, prepare comparative analyses, and negotiate price, payment terms and delivery conditions.
• Source new suppliers and manage supplier portfolio locally and internationally.
• Travel abroad occasionally for supplier visits, factory inspections and trade fairs.
• Coordinate with site operations, maintenance and warehouse teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Follow up on international purchasing and import processes, including logistics and customs coordination.
• Create and track purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and report on procurement performance.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company procedures and regulations.
