Qualifications

Job description

Artmin Madencilik which is owned by Lidya Madencilik as a subsidiary of Çalık Holding, is looking for a Procurement Chief to join its Supply Chain team for Hod Maden Project in Artvin. The role will manage the end-to-end procurement of goods and services in line with quality, cost, timing, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate purchase requests and plan procurement activities
• Conduct supplier research, collect and compare bids, and support supplier selection
• Prepare and negotiate purchasing contracts
• Create purchase orders and follow up on deliveries, quality checks, invoices, and payments
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance
• Maintain procurement records and prepare regular reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement
• Experience in mining and construction is must; experience in energy or industrial environments is a plus
• Good command of English; advanced MS Office (especially Excel, PP); ERT systems material management module usage knowledge and experience (SAP MM modüle is must)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• High ethical standards and attention to confidentiality
• Willingness to work in Artvin
