Job summary

Ricoh Turkey in Fatih is seeking an experienced sales professional to establish and manage long-term relationships with key accounts, promote Ricoh products and services, and drive the full sales cycle from qualification to closing. You will develop the portfolio, quote accurately, and help expand Ricoh's footprint in the local market.

You will collect feedback, forecast, and maintain CRM records, while collaborating with teams across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of sales experience.
• Minimum upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid Class B driver's license and active driving.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong and long-term relationships with key account customers and promote Ricoh products and services.
• Acquire new customers to expand the portfolio and manage quotations.
• Collect feedback on products and services, evaluate opportunities, and increase market penetration.
• Maintain CRM records and share information with Sales Support.
• Prepare pipeline and forecast reports and present to management.
• Coordinate with installation and post-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support the Collections Unit during post-sales payment processes.
