Job summary

Netlog Logistics Group seeks an Operations Manager for its Ankara logistics center. The role reports to the Site Manager and leads a team to fulfill orders for global key accounts, overseeing inbound inventory, stock accuracy, pick/pack, and outbound shipments. Strong labor-management and forecasting skills are essential.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in people management, experience across warehousing, WMS, and fulfillment, plus a bachelor’s degree and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Must be a self-directed person with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Must have industry working knowledge of all areas in fulfillment: warehousing distribution, inbound/outbound, quality, B2C, B2B, WMS.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent English skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and directing fulfillment operations group in the achievement of key goals in order processing and delivery.
• Working with the Operations Coordinator to influence corporate strategic plans.
• Ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures.
• Ensuring facility compliance with ordinances, laws, and regulations.
• Maintaining a strong safety culture within the facility.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly logistics follow-up reports.
• Guiding processes and maintaining operational quality standards with goals for improvement.
