Mondelez International seeks a Senior Counsel for Turkey & Eurasia to lead in-house legal services across Turkey and Eurasia markets, including public company obligations and corporate governance. You will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to address regulatory changes and strategic risk management.

• Experience across multiple jurisdictions in Turkey and Eurasia.
• Ability to advise on diverse legal frameworks and regulatory changes.
• Strong collaboration in a matrix organization including country, cluster, BU, region, and global.
• University degree in law; Bar license is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and fulfil the legal and regulatory requirements for Turkey & Eurasia, including listed company obligations.
• Manage disputes with third parties and coordinate with external advisers as needed.
• Lead TREA legal team members and support their development and succession planning.
• Oversee AI tools usage across the TREA legal function and drive tech-enabled processes.
